[pwnface]

The DCMS is wondering why Marik is attacking us on Athenry right now. We'd like to have some kind of explanation and would like to state that continued attacks on our worlds will lead to very negative relations between House Kurita and House Marik.

Please feel free to message me or any of our other DCMS ambassadors if anyone within the FWLM leadership would like to add some commentary here..

It's cool, Kurita is kicking everyone's arse right now, aren't they? They certainly claim to be. Why would you need Marik to hold your hand anymore?

Well, you guys are losing on both attack and defend options. It's cute when Marik tries to surprise attack us and fails. I guess purple pidgeons are as weak as we suspected.

It's a very simple question. Are you (Marik organized forces) attempting to attack/conquer sovereign Combine worlds? If this is rouge units that is one thing. If it is a Marik-sanctioned assault then we have something else to discuss.

We have been very friendly with Marik for a while now. The nSL vote strained that relationship true, but I don't think that we should strain it further. The island was made as an experiment, and Marik leadership agreed that Kurita would shut it down if we deemed it necessary. With the merc assault last week the High Council decided that we do not want another possible front and the island would be returned to the Combine's arms.

Let me make this very clear- HK does not want a war with Marik, we want our planets back, nothing more. We respect and appreciate our Kapteyn allies. Further aggression on the Marik side may have consequences however.

As someone who's been dropping on these worlds, I can tell you with certainty that these are Marik house players. Hell, we just won 3? 4? matches in a row against Roadbeer.

I could sit here and enumerate the various and sundry reasons why it was decided that we would try to expand the island again, but it basically comes down to
1. All the help we've given you has been spit on,
2. Given that you fight anywhere BUT on the Clan border, we decided that we'd be better suited to protect Terra than you.

In short, you can't be trusted to defend Terra because nobody is going to come to your aid, you've shitposted yourself out of any good will in the Inner Sphere.

I think you failed to realize, you can't stop us at all. You are throwing your full might against House Kurita and failing. Marik is weak, looks like the dragon will be feasting on purple pidegons tonight.
