I feel like saying ****posting is circumventing the forum profanity filter. I suggest refraining from using that word like that.

Congratulations on avoiding the point I was making, I guess.

I'm sure he saw it, he just probably doesn't care about whatever whiny point you were trying to make.

What this turn of events clearly demonstrates is that nSL is doomed to fail and that alliances between factions in CW are highly transitory.

...and that you can't polish a t urd, even a purple one.

Or I could trust that people are adults and able to make their own decisions. I see just as many people supporting my stance as I see opposing it. If you want people to police and discipline themselves and each other there are plenty of units in every game that will accommodate you.

Assuming you can dictate to other people how they will interact with others will always end in failure, much like the idea some Marik and Davion posters have bandied that if they beat us enough in a video game that we will change our personal philosophy.

tl;dr "We're adults so we should be allowed to act like kids without consequence!"

Fair enough, I guess?

The only people I saw on HK TS last night when we were kicking Marik's teeth in were house loyalists and the Remnants. Lots of the mercs have already returned to the clans or where ever it is they came from.

The Templars were active and helping us as well, thankfully.

So you guys started a CW war over some HK forum posters? Cool. You guys rock.

I didn't. I'm still at the office for like 6 more hours at least and am counting on this thread to keep me entertained.

What is ironic is that after all the "we're the bad guys and want to be at war with everyone" stuff, you guys get treated like bad guys and are at war with everyone... And are surprised?

We're thankful for everyone who's helping us but I think the "large number of merc units" being our only source of wins isn't really characteristic of what happened, especially since we were consistently outnumbered on the Marik border but won anyway.

I think feigned politeness and avoiding problems when everyone is secretly seething beneath (as this thread demonstrates) is much more childlike than someone who has the honesty to say they have a problem with someone. This Marik sucker punch attack was childish, as has been the 'official' response Marik gave so far. The NKVA is giving Marik the level of dialogue it deserves with this move.

Surprised that someone in Marik was dumb enough to think this was gonna work out for them, sure.

That's funny, because when anyone is adult and up front enough to say they have a problem with NKVA's behaviour, they're just subjected to more of the same.

Thank you for proving my point, although I think it would be "peopllllllllllle" wouldn't it? With the long 'l' rather than the long "e"?

Well I humored your argument which isn't 'more of the same', but ironically it seems you're just here to snipe and win points rather than do that, so good job justifying our stance for us?

Nah the drawn out e emphasizes the overt whinyness.

Are you new to the internet? When you post stuff like this, I think you look like this...

Also a lot of "this is all meaningless and anyone who cares about anything that happens here is dumb"

Said by people who are obviously hugely invested in the game and the forums and then say "we work hard at the game and take winning seriously so our opinion matters"

I'm not even sure the "ha ha ha ha" vid can express the depths of my amusement at this post, but here goes:
