This Nailed it Mechwarrior 2 was one of the best games out there. If I could find a copy of Mechwarrior 2 and Mercs and get them to work with windows 7 I would still be playing those games because there so badass.

And for all of you complaining that you can't hear your teammates mutter and whine - there is an option where TS3 will lower the background volume when someone speaks
