No, but on a serious note, this is pretty much what happens once you get to a certain ELO or skill, you start having to carry your team (either as a solo dropper or group player).

The Space Pope most enjoys when he has to kill an entire fresh assault lance because matchmaker decided to give his team four assault mechs that did less than 100 damage each, while the enemy has an assault lance that puts out 400+ damage per mech.

I would think most people would define defeat as quitting and hiding and refusing to engage in debate to defend your position...

I love when people ask for you to "Hold Lock"....who isn't doing this? And If they dont understand what that means then they aren't going to use the R button either.

But as a troll move....when i see people say dumb stuff like "LRM 60, Atlas hold locks" (AKA do the work for me guys) I usually dont lock a SINGLE target...just to spite them.

Have a option in "options"

Where people can chose wait times or balance, Which they want to take priority,

Problem solved.

Those who don't mind entering fights that were over before a shot was fired wont care.

And those that do mind can wait longer.

That has nothing to do with my post. You say it's incorrect that close ELO results in more lopsided victories but the Devs have said according to their data close ELO matches have a lot of stomps. Do you have any data from MWO to support that claim or are we supposed to assume the Devs are lying to us?
