I really don't know how to preface this...

This seems to occur completely randomly. It may happen when tabbing in and out of client, but it's not reproduceable, it just occurs when you least expect it. Visiting other tabs does not fix it, the Buy Mechbays and GXP windows also appear with it when visiting their respective tabs. In fact, visiting other tabs makes the window creep up further, evidenced in the second screencap. The dock/window resets back to the bottom where it's supposed to be when you return after a going into a match or restarting the client.
