For last 3 or 4 days I have been unable to use any chat because anytime I hit the a key it clears what I have typed and starts new only sending what I put after the a if I hit enter.

The same problem that I found from this archived thread.

Hopefully the roeds ond powerlines con be restored quickly but until then we oll hove to moke due with whot we hove.

Did you try "the usual stuff" (repair tool), yet ?

Third time tonight running repair tool,not sure if the second time fixed it totally as I was able to type in unit chat but when I went to drop in a game I CTD 3 times with no error, and of course now downloading objects.pak.

The bad thing it right before I crashed those three times I just seconds before told the unit member I was with in TS that I have been crashing less since last patch, wasn't expecting the game to make up the difference all at once.
