Has anyone else noticed the fog in frozen city is blinding them recently, or is it just me and my jacked up settings?

Easy to fix. Just press "N" key.

thats kind of how it looks to me, but the light bloom is damned unbearable, doesn't look like snow, or fog. Looks like staring at a spot light through

Haven't noticed. I auto hit H at the start of Frozen City.. may have to look now
