[Hit the Deck]

So Shadowcat, which represents the Medium class, will finally "dethrone" the Lights as the only one which two mechs (spider and lynx) can mount both JJ and ECM. What Heavy mech could arise with this unholy combo? (and PGI, please make it so that it can mount dual goose )

SCat is basically a Clan Cicada with ECM and JJ. It can't mount that much more either with the restricted construction rules.

Cauldron-born can dual Gauss.

28.5 free tons
Dual gauss = 24 tons
Ammo = 4.5 tons

Remove some leg armor +0.5 ton for ammo

And you can strip the two arms for more (because torso mounted)!

Yes! You can do it with Night Gyr-H (3062)!

XL300 (71.4kph) + ECM + 4JJs + Dual Gauss + 6T ammo!

7 tons free and 10 crits to fill!

Amazing, huh?

Just FYI: 37 free tons with max armor, removing 12 from each leg, 38.

Well.. that's asking a lot.
And probably impossible because of everything being locked.

If we receive Night Gyr, Dual Gauss will be easy with 4 JJs but ECM...
If we had Night Gyr-H and dynamic structure/armor... we could easily do.

But the problem right now:


EDIT: / PGI probably will "nerf" by reallocating locked armor/structure.
If it was dynamic we could put ECM and 3 more things with 6 free tons!
EDIT2: if I put the Gauss at the arms... ECM too? Editing!

So it's Night Gyr. But we probably would not get it if it comes out in 3062.

You could actually do a dual Gauss Executioner, but without ECM.
