Well, as it stands. Hits register at 1:2-1:4 rate. Some matches are fine thou.
Recent noted:
1) Overheated banshee 4 times into CT from nonmoving mech from 100m - not a single hit. None visible obstacle.
2) Stormcrow from the same distance into CT - 2 medpulses got hit, after 2 PPCs got no hit. Then 2 medpulses got hit, after 2 PPCs got no hit once again. All in the same location. Obviously, no obstacle in between.

You are not thinking big enough. All hit registration is usually broken.

Well, insta-hit weapons are the onces to notice hit-reg problems clearly, while dot weapons can do some dmg, so it could be confusing
