tldr: they want you to preorder the next 6-7 days or feel rekt later on

If you feel the mechs will not be "good" without the extras, then.... wait until you can buy the whole enchilada with c-bills. Thats the model, real money gets you more value then not giving any real money to the developers.
Note: I haven't bought the pack.... yet.

Litterally all you are getting is getting 1 extra mech, thats it.

Scat: You can't build the 2 LPL/ERLL+ 6 MG "Clan Arrow"
Cauldron Born: You don't get the arms with 1 ballistic and 1 missile each
Gladbag: You don't get left arm missiles, left torso energy (or anything really), second right torso energy, or the crazytown 7 energy right arm
Overall, the Cauldron Born doesn't gain much from the early adopter. The Gladiator however is dramatically superior with the D variant, and the Scat gets a fun new troll build option. The Cheetah gets slightly stronger but is still good without.

Then you'd have to deal with 3 of the robots not having their maximum effectiveness for all those months... The Gladiator-D is the worst offender by far, for obvious reasons...

what are you talking about? The omnipods and variants will be released at the same time as the main 3

If somebody preorders the packs but doesn't get early adopter, do they get the ability to use the 4th variant omnipods on their shiny new robbits?
That's what I'm referring to.
I.e. If I bought an a Shadow Cat sometime in March, would I still get to use the Machine Gun boat pods before the MC/C-Bill releases?

FAQ says all variants are released at the same time. and before the Timberwolf was available for C-bills and MC, I could put on pods from all of them with no issue. so I imagine so. might ask PGI though.

But you cannot put the Nova-A LT on your Prime, can you? Or the Timby-D STs.
It's going to be the same way, restricted for a month instead of three.

I don't know about that. Sounds like someone should ask a dev. I know they are lurking!

Yes, you can. Take them off the A and save, go to the prime and equip them. You can even buy a second copy on the A afterwards
Only if you buy the A. I don't own the A, which is exactly how this bonus variant will act. I can't touch those pods.

Its not the players fault the game isnt really that amazing..
Work on content to draw in more new players, dont keep putting out sub optimal crap and hope for return business.....
They should kinda put new mechs on the back burner and work 100% on new and better maps, improving current maps, adding new game modes, PVE, proper new player experience improvements, economy improvements and the like. Make alot of players want to spend a little money on your game instead of a few spending a bunch....I thought that was the whole idea behind micro transactions and the F2p model in the 1st place? lots of small purchases makes more money then smaller, monthly larger purchases.
