I was feeling the same way for a while with my CN9-AH(L) because I didn't think I would like it much due to it not being able to move 100+ KPH, but after having it sit in my mech bay for a while I decided to finally try it out just earlier with this build, figuring that I already like my CN9-D auto shotgun build and I recently became a pretty big fan of the AC20 with my Victor brawler build.

The results were surprisingly good, even before I finished grinding out the mech tree skills I had a number of pretty good matches and a few excellent ones including a match with 2 kills, 8 assists, and 796 damage on Crimson Strait; had a few bad matches too but whatever. My only real complaint about the CN9-AH is that it sucks to run out of ammo, which happened at least a few times too, but running out of ammo with that much firepower still means doing a lot of damage assuming most shots land on a mech.
