Huge Lag?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

For the past 4 days or so whenever I try to play I get massive lag spikes - I'm talking +15 seconds between pressing 'zoom in' and the computer responding.

YES SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, i cant play since the last couple of days i teleport all over the place.
