I don't know what sub-forum this topic belongs in, as it doesn't seem like technical support happens in the forums.

However, I'm out of options.

So last week I tried to buy the Battlemaster bundle, and somehow ended up with a Cataphract bundle instead. I've sent multiple emails to the support emails. First Accounts@MWOmercs.com and then Billing and finally General.

My first ticket got a reply asking me what email the account was registered under. After that, I didn't receive a reply for 5 days, and opened 2 more tickets with different departments out of frustration. Yesterday on Easter Sunday I received an automated message reminding me that my first ticket was open for 5 days and that I should reply to the message I got asking my account email.

I need this issue resolved and for some reason it seems like none of my emails are getting through now, despite the automated message coming back when I opened those 2 new tickets, and seeing the confirmation in my email client that the messages were sent.

What can I do to help resolve this issue because it seems like I'm kind of screwed getting nowhere on this issue.

Any suggestions or help from a mod would be much appreciated.

They are usually quite prompt when dealing with cash purchase transactions. If you do not hear anything soon, the fastest way to get a response is to tweet Russ Bullock about it.

I will definitely try that if I cant get a solution through these forums soon. Thanks for the good tip.

Follow up with the original ticket.
They are usually very good with this stuff and very reasonable.

No, I had the same issue: I've wrote a ticket to technical support, which needed further information. After i responded to the ticket I got a reminder 5 days ago, that my information were still missing. I answered to the same ticket again but didn't got a respond again.
Just to get sure I contacted Bobby Jubraj who responded on the original one, who said he never got any of my two responses and said I should test to send in the reply as a new ticket and referring to the original one with the ticket number.

Glad I'm not the only one with this isse, thus there isn't an issue with my email ^^

I will let Mr. Jubraj no about this thread, maybe you can help him find the issue, too!
