What is the chance we might see some sort of organized old-tech event or something? I mean, I like the clans just fine I guess. But I was weaned on mid-80's Battletech and frankly really miss the succession wars aesthetic.
And I think a slower, shorter-ranged, brawlier fight might be a nice change from all the instant death we see with "modern" equipment.
