Unfortunately some places on Earth still has limited download speeds and would be great if those do not have to download 2 clients.

Most Likely we will need to download only 1 Version of the Beta, for a lot of us this will be at Aug 7th if not sooner... good chance that the CBT 2 Version will be just updated as necessary all the way to OB/launch and after...
Quite rare these days to need to download separate install packages for CBT/OB/Release
Main Reason for only one install is because most games these days are around 15-32Gigs and that is a lot to keep downloading over and over, and a lot of us have Download Limits/Caps
so its better to just make 1-2Gigs or so Patches to either download separately or via the Game Updater
