New Place For Faction Chat

put faction chat next to the friends and chat tab, on its own icon that flashes when theres a msg.
bigger chat window than the usual one.
i think if it was more noticable it would get used more

Just have the social box flash a different colour for Faction chat and all the other notifications.

Should set it to be separate so can see the chat screens without having the switch.
