Greetings MechWarriors,

We're extending the Wave III Clan Collection Early Adopter Rewards until March 17th 10:00AM PST (6PM UTC)!

The Early Adopter Variants have been really well received, but we've received lots of feedback that the deadline wasn't convenient for some players, particularly in certain regions.

We also know that some of you wanted to take a look at the concepts of the Shadow Cat and the Arctic Cheetah before making a decision, so with this extension you will have the chance to see them before the new deadline on March 17th.

Note:

- The Shadow Cat concept will be released March 4th

- The Arctic Cheetah concept will be released March 13th

This was definitely bound to happen, but PGI are being a bit unclean. This is profitable, but you should give some incentives to people who've bought before the first announced date ('cause these "unique, won't change, ONLY, exclusive" words are getting a bit old, when things are being changed each and every time). Though after what happened to Legacy 'Mechs...
Oh well.
Got my pre-order on day one though. It would've been much easier to pay 60$ twice within 2 weeks though, especially since I have a birthday on March 18.

PS: this is still the greatest deal in MWO packs. If you want to buy something in MWO, consider buying any tier of the Wave III. It's the best selection of Clan mechs yet.

Truth be told, it wasn't convenient for me either (had to make a 300 dollar payment toward my college on the 28th so had nothing left, and that was on the week between my bi-weekly paychecks).

So kinda glad this got extended.

Edit: Seems I encountered some kind of error. Darn it all, I thought I was getting that money today! Curse you, unknown problem!

One more reason to never believe PGI.

Creating an unnatural shortage on a good by setting a deadline to purchase and then later moving the deadline against earlier promises to make more sales is pretty unethical.

But, it's PGI's MO, so, honestly, I have only myself to blame for believing them.

Good for the folks who wanted to get the extra variants. !@#$ in the eye of the rest of us who bought in quickly to support the dev and who believed what they had to say...

Had they put the real expiry date at start, i could have split my bill into two months, $60+$60 dollars instead of one-shot $120 which hurt my finances a bit ...

Glad for everyone that needed time but I feel a little taken back by this. I rushed to buy the top package to get what was advertised as a 8 day sale so to speak. Not mad just disappointed. I still will get what i paid for but I think those of us that made the commitment and had faith to buy the packages without seeing the art deserve a small little bonus..........

I don't understand why someone is complaining that the deadline was extended. How the fact more people will be able to enjoy free stuff is bad in any way?
