this made me laugh ;)

There are plenty of female players most of witch I am sure wont come near this thread for the obvious reason of if they do they will be swarmed with PMs from ***** teenage boys that think a female playing this game is the hottest thing they ever heard of.

Can't help the reaction from some people, but there is humor in it also. It's still a serious question that I'm sure the devs are asking also. If they could figure this one out, they could 2x their player rolls.

Don't you think it's a little bit creapy to be asking?

What's it matter in any case, I know there are several very capable ladies in the MW4 leagues, presumably they'll transfer over if the game works out well.

I don't see what the big deal is or why people 'need to know' how many women are playing.

+1: Gender is irrelevant.

Do you get a thrill knowing the a/s/l of the kid in that Locust you're trying to hit? Really? Everyone on the internet is a bald overweight middle-aged man anyway.

What's a gryl, is it some kind of foreign-style grill, for bbq-ing?

Where's the transgender/intersex option? THIS POLL IS BIASED TOWARDS HETERONORMATIVE TRAITS!

Pic with you and your screen name or your really a dude pretending to be a chick to entice lonely, sad, robot obsessed boys to send you monies. Shame on you.

It's still a serious question

It's a serious question, sure, but most of the time the people asking it are just d-bags, and not worth paying attention to.

How would one ask the question so it is taken seriously?

It's not really a question worth asking. I am sure there are quite a few females out there that are interested in Mechwarrior, or have recently had their interest piqued by MWO's announcements.

This thread has torso twisted into a bad direction and I'm going to lock it before the legs catch up.
