Clan Kodiak has left the Mercstar Alliance. We have decided to go in a different direction in regards to Community Warfare and left the Alliance this evening.

We want to thank the leadership and membership of Swords of Kentares, Star League Reborn, Dragons of Morgoth, SiG, The Forsaken Few, Gold Eagle Merc Corp, Ordo Ursa, Bad News Bears, and The Carrion Crow’s I-4ce Company for the great time we have had as part of the Alliance.

We feel that taking another path is the right move for our membership at this time and look forward to working with other units in Mechwarrior: Online within the structure of Community Warfare and the competitive scene.

Not sure what all circumstances lead to this, but hope the best for you guys. Would love to have another serious unit go the CGB loyalist side, but I am a little biased, of course. Let us know if you need anything.

The unit name does seem to suggest CGB loyalty.

On a unrelated note, this makes me think it would be cool if the clan units started having Trial of Possessions for unit contracts.

We will be going back to CGB in some form or fashion.
