I've recently unlocked all of the master module slot skills on three Stalkers. Yet I cannot purchase any of the modules even though I have about 8,000,000 c-bills available. I would like to purchase advanced zoom for 2,000,000 but it still shows it as being locked and not available. Any help in this area would be appreciated.

You need to spend GXP to unlock the Modules in the Skills tab area.

as Preator knight said, the module itself needs unlocking,

go to skills
pilot skills
find the relevent module there and use GXP to unlock it.
