Every match I've had against them has resulted in them avoiding battle, spawn camping, and taunting their opponents. I understand being competitive but being a d**k isn't needed, take that s**t to CoD.

I beg to differ. Nothing we can do about it tho, either way. PGI can't even moderate their own forum, they're not going to moderate their game.

I'll go out on a limb and say that, at some point in the more or less distant future, we'll be able to look back and say this is the point when MWO failed. When PGI have washed their hands of responsibility for keeping the worst kinds of player behaviour in check, you know that's when they've pretty much thrown in the towel. Oh sure, we'll get a few more maps and mechs out of them, but it's just wagon wheeling now. The boat is already full of holes, and half of the people in the boat are busy making more.

Not to nitpick, but I'm going to nitpick: how do "avoiding battle" and "spawn camping" coexist?

Greetings, Clanner dogs. I believe if you read history books you find that House Kurita's honor, integrity, and manners have been essential piece of the Draconis Combine for centuries. All is in order.

It is only a few select few people to be honest. One group talks it on the forums quite a bit but are generally nice in game, but the other as evinced bu this thread talks it on the forums AND spews it in match too. On one occasion 2 of them were on my team, and I actually felt ashamed of having a red flag next to my name due to the spew they were putting out in match.
Don't tar all the DCMS with the stink a few bad eggs cause.

But to pretend that only Kurita does this does disservice to so many other faction trolls.

This experience might be due to the fact that the only times you've dropped against us was probably tonight, when Marik scrapped a long standing alliance with no notice and surprised us with 48+ attackers on an experimental front which we allowed you create on our border in the first place, but were supposed to be letting us shut down. We didn't appreciate the gesture, and retaliated with the might and fury of Dear Coordinator.

And yes, it brought out the vicious A-hole in many of us. Don't make a hasty judgement of an entire faction based on such a small sample size under strenuous circumstances

We're talking about anecdotal allegations, so no one can really specifically address the instances you're talking about. Generally speaking though, I think Kurita is resentful towards Marik for a) using the planets we GAVE you to attack us instead of using them to attack the Clans like you promised, and then continuing to attack us from those planets, even after agreeing to fully give them back w/o resistance recently. Add onto this the fact that Kurita's true adversary is Smoke Jag, who only have us to fight and can commit all of their troops against us. Having to peel off groups away from our toughest front in order to fight for planets that shouldn't even be contested at all is frustrating. Also Kurita are actively pushing on the Davion front. Davion are a shadow of their former selves, but they still put up a fight,and it still takes manpower to battle with them. So once again, Marik have caused Kurita to divert itself away to fight for planets that you guys promised to give us.

Again, I can't address specific instances, but my guess is relations would improve if you would, you know, help us defend our planets from Smoke Jag and actually give us back the planets you have agreed to. Marik's actions have been more *******-ish than any of Kurita's words could be.

Also, we're just bitter because we've been CW's whipping boy for so long I hope no one on Kurita is being rude to an unwarranted level, and I'm sorry if I or anyone else has. I don't mean to excuse any of that

Thread title not withstanding, three things kurita needs to understand thoroughly.

1. You are who you type online. We don't know you from anything other than what you say here, without emotion inflection or body language to communicate meaning or subtlety. That is rule 1 of any forum.

2. People speaking in your name ARE your
epresentatives unless rebuked early and often by you. That is how one "small group" tainted the entire kurita brand, the same way it does to any faction who let's jerks voice their foolishness uncontested.

3. Silence gives consent and agreement. You don't step up and call out bad actors, you approve of them.

These three things are universal and all should pay heed to them lest you suffer the punishment for the sins of others.

How about every time my unit joins a public drop and people of other factions tease us and say "Hey, shouldn't you guys be defending your planets?" or "Don't you guys realize your capitol is surrounded?" Happens all the time.
