So After patching I tried to play. got into the mechlab and launched a game. I got some read error message and the game crashed to Desktop after accepting the error. I launceh, try to rejoin and get the same error.
At this point I decide to run the repair tool and I find that there's a few corrupt files.

So after running the fix I try to launch again and just get a Pak file error.......... Run repair again and It's the Objects.pak file that is corrupt....... still. So after a few more attemps I decide to do a clean install of MWO.
Now when I launch I just get a 'there is an update available please run the patcher but there is no option to patch.

Ran repair tool and when trying to run game I got 'Missing Pak file'. WTF is wrong with this that a clean install doesn't sort it out????

UPDATE:
Ok so had to repair the latest files 'TWICE' but now finally got into mechlab. Fingers Crossed.
FINAL UPDATE:
Seems everything is now working. Not sure what happened with the patch to cause all these issues but at least I can play again.
Mods please feel free to lock / delete thread.
