One of the things that leads to accidental deaths from overheat, in my opinion, is the fact that Betty's normal "Heat level critical" statement seems to have more priority for audio than her "Override Shutdown" message. So you can be going overthe max heat and have her say heat critical instead of override, and in the heat
of battle fire again before you register damage to your mech and blow up.

"Override Shutdown" should, you know, override any other statement, because it's the most critical one.
