1. Capslock allows you to speak.
__Are there others? I know something about a block.
2. Options menu, playing the game.
3. Depends on whether or not someone has made an up to date manual; free to play games such as this almost never have manuals.

as for a good game manual, someone introduced me to this one:

Nice link there RJ 
as a returning player I will have to get back up to scratch and see what has happened since ive been away but the loadouts and general info in that link will help quite a bit
