If you run a complete Phoenix drop deck with medallions ... shouldnt you be getting 50% increase to Loyalty points? 10% per mech, 2.5% per medallion should be 50%. Just did a match and it looked more like I got a 10% bonus instead of a 50%.

I may well be wrong, but I seem to recall that the bonus is applied proportionally to your total.
Like, you have one (P) mech out of the four. You earn 200 LP. You get a bonus of 5 LP (200x0.25=50; 50x0.1=5).
If you have four (P) mechs and each has a bronze medallion, and you earned 200 LP, you'd get 25 bonus LP (200x1=200; 200x0.125=25).

Um. I may have to break the bad news to you.
One of the issues with the lame bonuses is that they don't add up optimally.
Say you had a mech with the invasion or hero bonus. You would have to fill ALL 4 SLOTS with them to gain the overall bonus of 30%. It's actually "cheaper" to have Premium Time at that point. When you have 1 of the slots filled with said mech, you only get 7.5%... 1/4 of what you normally would expect - but that's why there's 4 drop slots to fill....
In the case of the Loyalty bonus, you would have to fill all of the slots with ALL of the Phoenix Pack mechs AND medallions to claim only 12.5% total. You'd be better off with Premium Time (+10%) and a longer/extended/permanent contract for an acceleration Loyalty Point bonus.
Edit: Remember, this is the Paulconomy.

A shame they gave a 20 ton mech with the Phoenix package instead of something that let you fill up your drop deck. You can run a pretty decent deck with everything but the Locust.
