Better have a 1 v 1 option. That's what this game needs to take off as a spectator e-sport.

You know what makes me grin insanely at the thought of Solaris?

Mixed weight matches.
Imagine proving once and for all that a light can make a chewtoy out of an assault mech with the proper tactics in a 1 on 1.

I want to participate in a mixed weight tournament.

In the mechreg the Solaris matches used available tonnage in the challenges. Stats were calculated to give incentives to use lighter mechs as that increased the level of difficulty and thus increased the reward.
