This actually seems like a very simple and fairly small issue. When we purchase a package, it says we gain multiple badges and titles based upon the tier of the package. However, once in game, I am only able to select a display title/badge from the highest tier of any pack I purchased.

Is there some sort of glitch on my end? It seems as though this is an item that still needs to be worked out for the new badge/title system in game. Is that the case?

I'm pretty sure it works as intended, but the UI that is built around it is garbage. You need to scroll down a bit to see the badge-related names and stuff... assuming you know/remember them by heart.

You would think it would behoove PGI to remind the user what the Forum/in-game badge would look like to other people... to make the choice easier to visualize.

This is an example of what I am referring to. If you notice, owning an Overlord, I can only select the overlord title. Yet, supposedly, upon purchasing said package we received access to the Overlord title and badge, along with everything below it.

It's not exactly a bug that requires a full, formal report, as it seems pretty straight forward. Unless for some reason I cannot select them but others can?

Oh... you know what.

It could be that it's actually normal for a Founder or Phoenix Pack owner to have this happen.

This feature was promised from the Clan Packs and Resistance Packs onwards which is why you don't have this.

I could be totally wrong, but that could actually be the case.

Sadly, that is normal for Phoenix and Founders.

Which is sad, because the Talon had the best badge in my opinion

Ok, thank you both for the info. Aside from having an Overlord pack (a gift from an old acquaintance), I've only been able to afford the Uller and Koshi packs. Although I do have a Grasshopper and Collector Urbanmech package (acquired over numerous months), we don't have those rewards, yet. Therefore, I was under the impression that all of the previous rewards were void.

That being said, I wish we still had access to the Project Phoenix page, because I could have sworn we got credit for the previous Phoenix tiers. I agree that pretty much all of the other badges were better than the Overlord Star. Maybe they'll fix that in the future . . . one could hope, right?

I have considered putting a suggestion up for it, or a ticket in with support.

But it is (technically) such a minor thing...
