I have been using Mouse button 3, but I would really like to free that button up for weapon group 3, so I am in search of another button/key for Push-to-Talk.

With that said, for those of you using VOIP (or TeamSpeak/Ventrilo), which key do you use for Push-to-Talk with MWO?

Use a key within easy reach, but not commonly used for other things.

I think I've got it set to my left hand joysticks thumb plate 3 switch.

I'd love to use left shift, but MWO doesn't seem to allow me to (I can bind it fine, but nothing happens when I push it).

I started using left Control. I use Mouse button 4 for teamspeak, with 3 being the 3rd weapon group.

It allows me to either speak over teamspeak or ingame voip.

Left alt for in-game VOIP for me. It's super convenient without taking your fingers off the maneuvering keys.

I use up on the hat-switch on my joystick. Also have some issues with people hearing me, hope they keep working on it.

I use L-CTRL for MWO VOIP and I use a thumb button on my mouse for standard TS.

Tilde seems nice enough.

It's not like you need to toggle AMS....if you never bring any.

I just kept it on the Caps Lock Key for now. Its annoying, but I don't know what key I would rather bind it to.

Left Ctrl. Keeps my fingers on the WASD driving controls and "pinky" talks when it wants, or isn't doing a SHIFT Arms Free action. :)
