I think maybe founder's mechs are not what I expected.

People need to stop spreading false information. The developers have repeatedly stated that the founders ONLY get a C-Bill booster. There is no EXP boost.

The founder's 'mechs only give a c-bill boost, yes.
But Founders also get 1-3 months of premium, which DO give an XP boost as well...

The type is WEAKER than all other T8 mediums, yet there are craploads off people like this guy here, that complain the T59 is OP. On EU server they did an event. 15 Type's vs 15 T8 mediums, guess what? The types got absolutely obliterated. But noooo, I got killed by something I can't get! So that must mean that thing is OP!! It's not that I should learn how to fight it, nope it's just OP!

This guy here has loads of fun in WoT and has a Lowe, great moneymaker.
Compare the Type 59 T8 with the russian T8 medium, the T44, same weapon, same manouverability, same speed, but the Type 59 has the same turret has the T59 tier 9, and that turret is not only superior to any Tier 8 medium in the game, its superior to any Tier 8 heavy in the game.
They can run dozens of comparatively matches, it wont change the fact that Type59 Tier 8 is a stock T54 tier 9.

But moving along, if they made unique mech variants for premium players, sooner or later, a "special" tank would show up, and then it would happen what hapened in WoT, Type 59 wolfpacks everywhere, not T44 wolfpacks, not panther II wolfpacks, not Lowe wolfpacks, allways Type 59.... boooooring. ;)

On a related note, my god I'm sick of hearing about WoT. From how often it gets brought up here it's like that game's entire population is migrating over to MWO and they think this is a sequel to it or something.

Similar game concept but with mechs, no pay2win and hopefully a matchmaker that isn't the worst thing of all time. Of course there are a lot of people planning to migrate.

Whats funny is that its irrelevant how powerful the varient is. If its cash only people will be angry when they get killed by it and call pay to win. I can't convince a single friend to play WoT with me but several want to play MWO and its the pay to win doing it. Even the appearance of pay to win is a death sentance.

Conclusion: Everyone hoping for a unique hardpoint loadout is wrong and wants this game to fail.
