A recent bug with the availability of the planets in CW gave me an idea - limit the list of planets in the beginning of the cycle for each of the fractions. This will increase the number of players and will reduce the search time of the enemy.
Then new game cycle in CW starts, we have all the worlds are available. But planets can be made available over time. So players will be psychologically easier to take places in drop line, knowing feature, that allies have no choice and they will support them in any way. And will not go to fight against clans or somewhere else.
