so I need some medium and light mechs so i'm thinking of getting the pack that include he heavy mechs ( I love heavy mechs) so my question is should I go with the one that includes the assault ones? i'm pretty happy with my assault mechs and i'm not sure if the Zues is worth it. y opinion on the Zues?

Disclaimer: nobody can tell for sure until it's on the field from March 17th.
Opinions so far: heavily hitbox dependent. Quirks are very poor and simultaneously imply that it's a big enough target to need loads of additional armour. It's a great looking mech though.

It's basically a jumpjetless Victor with more energy hardpoints (and no ballistics in two variants). It's pretty wide, so it could suffer from Awesome-syndrome, but that remains to be seen.

haven't seen the quirks yet for the Zeus and Hopper, but yea the Victor is a quick mobile jump jetting 80ton assault, kind of hard to compete with that!, guess we have to wait to see if it will be a mech just for the fans, or a good ride for everyone.

Well, the Zeus can mount a 390 engine, so it can go even faster than the standard variant Victors.
Like with the Victor, the torso hardpoints all seem to be pretty low. Maybe one of the energy hardpoints on the variant with 3 in one of the STs will be high, but the rest are lower than chest level. The zombie laser is something the Victor doesn't have. Another thing is the missile arm, which will probably have at least 15 tubes. In the concept, it doesn't seem to have a lower arm actuator in the ballistics arm, so the ballistics variant should be capable of mounting an AC/20.
