Hi guys,

Im returning from a break in the game, i left just before the clans came,

Im looking to try out these clan mechs,

Im looking for a good, lead slinger lbx's are my fac and srm shreddage,

I also like to brawl, i really enjoy the ilya 3x lbx and 2 mlr,

Any good suggestions?

direwolf with quad lbx10 or hexa lbx5 might be worth a shot.
you don't need to use lbx, clan ACs too, are all over the place.

hum never really got on with assaults, i like to have a little more maneuverability and support assaults

Dacca doesn't really work on clan heavies compared to laser vomit

The next Dakka mech is likely to be the Cauldron-Born. Lots of mixed hardpoints that are just straight up vicious. Apparently has a lot of pod space for what it does, too.

Ahh the old Ilya. Well if you ever ran an Ilya with 3 UAC5's, the Direwolf with 6 UAC5's is what you want in your life. I know you said you don't like assaults, but once you try it you'll never go back.
