they are just as bad as the clans if not worse

but thanks for granting Raselhague it's Independence though even if it was only to act as a buffer state from House Steiner

House Liao is highly populated and is able to outnumber House Davion, Clan Wolf and Falcon are friends who have an unspoken and respected armistice yet had a war with the Ghost Bears, House Maric and Steiner are enemies, and The clans have mercenaries that volunteer to fight for them.
