You can already build a 9Q with the 8Q.

Not without the ECM.

Actual hardpoint allocation too if you want to be more critical (CRITICAL GEDDIT GEDDIT?).

I just wanna say, Rachel Specter was lucky to bag a sexy and admirable man like Adam Steiner.

Meh, Bushwacker or bust. It was a prototype functional during the Clan invasion, good enough (the Hankyu, Shadow Cat and Cauldron Born already date us to early 3052). IMO the bushwacker is the best looking mech design ever created in battletech history so my nostalgia for that is far greater than for a.... crab.

This show also featured the Hatamoto-Chi in one episode.

I always felt the Bushwhacker was among the ugliest mechs in the franchise and never really used them.

Militant pack for me, thanks Alistair.

I'm temped by the Axman, but I'm scared that it's going to be taller than a Banshee....

The original isn't even BattleTech, its some manga/anime thing.
Actually kinda wrong the original is very much battletech and very iconic. THE LOOK was just borrowed from Macross/Robotech. Its ironic that Robotech is pretty much at rockbottom (almost unknown in continental Europe) while Battletech is still played around the world.
