If UltimatePay denies a transaction, its best to contact their support instead - Otherwise you have one degree of separation that'll cause worse response times.

Just wait until the error is fixed if you have issues atm, the game and its founder’s package are not going anywhere just yet, and if you had not yet bought the package before today its clear you were not in that much of a hurry to buy it anyway.

I have never had this amount of BS to deal with when buying stuff on ebay or any other website online. I've tried both PayPal and credit cards for two days on three different computers to no avail. If it doesn't get resolved, I guess I'll just be playing for free, because I'll have no way to pay and support the dev team. The fact that PayPal says the seller cancelled the charge, and Ultimate Pay says Paypal declined the charge, does not bode well for customer support of this game.
I'm not trying to be a troll here. I'm a game dev myself, and it ****** me off when the people who actually make the game get screwed out of money over stupid issues like this.

I've tried two of three payment options 1)Linked, verified, account and 2)Linked, verified, VISA card. Whats the use of trying 'bill me later' option when MWO wont take either of the other two methods? This attempted at Real Money Trading has been made feeble by the MWO staff. Integrity prevailing, I'll just drum up the other 3,000gxp I need the HARD way. Damn, I wish I hadent wasted that first module on stupid useless zoom

can i refund gxp on modules I dont want on the pilot tree? That's not a serious question, however, why (not just wont, but) CANT MWO fix w/e problem MWO is having with PayPal? Is this something to be petitioned to the Federal Trade Commission? Yet? Or Better Business [/color]Bureau? What city/state does MWO operate from anyway? Is the company even IN the States?

Okay. After a few emails back and forth with PlaySpan customer Service, we were able to fix the issue with my method of payment and how MWO receives payment from paypal. The issue was more or less the fact that my computer's IP address was too far apart from my address I had on record. When I explained my situation they made an exception for me. If those of you are experiencing problems like the one I was having and just so happen to be in a different country, overseas or in a DMZ you will have a solution the way I mentioned. PROBLEM SOLVED!
