Got This Graphics Glitch Last Night

I did not but I had what looked like tag lasers applied to the steam in the caldera on Caustic Valley and the dust devils on Tourmaline ( along with mechbay smoke) turned green on me. Everything was back to normal after rebooting ( maybe just restarting the game would have worked too )
