I bought the early adopters pack with the shadow cat and artic cheata .... all looks good in pre-order tab but I don't seem to have the 2 xta adopters mechs ? is this as to be exspected and the xtra mechs get delivered later or some other mystery to be yet un vieled ?

The extra variant (C) is not listed on the preorder page, as you said. Eligibility for the extra variant is determined by the time of purchase. You will get it, it just won't be listed.
