I see Kuritas grand strategy of "mobbing enemy until he stops playing" is still in full swing.

Kudos, gents. You are an asset to this community.

Says one forum troll to the legion of other forum trolls. I am sure Road Beer is so weak minded with his literally thousands of MWO posts to be driven away by pvp forum warrior. Sheesh ... even I give the guy more credit than that.

I think it's great that they decided to play a different game and not spend all day trolling the forums. I got a lot of hate a long while back but I decided to simply ignore them they really dont matter too me. I play this still yes because I got over my rip off purchases and decided not to put anymore money into this game after wave 1 and found I enjoy the game more since I dont spend actual money on it. I did before because I expected the game to have more game in it but it never will and we just have to accept that and move on.

There will never be a sequel to mw4 like most of us hoped for but thats ok the franchise had a good run.

I dunno, Victor Morson also got unbanned and then just kind of evaporated. So it's odd. (Although I'm pretty sure he was briefly posting under an alt.)

I disagree, we stand a pretty good chance of getting some form of PVE content from PGI, and honestly MW4 sucked. Was a huge step down from MW3, which was both closest to canon they ever came, and was the last Mechwarrior developer that actually cared for the franchise. MW4 was just a cash grab from MS. They didnt give a **** about Battletech, they just wanted a lead in to mech assault (which i actually enjoyed for what it was). MW3 was the ONLY game to get the autocanons right, pulse lasers dead on, had infantry that could be splattered. Had mechs being knocked down from taking too much damage, accurate falling damage. I mean i still remember playing online in a clan, jumping my summoner as high as it could, eating something to the affect of a 70 point alpha from an enemy mech, and having my Summoner fall the second it hit the ground, knocked off its feet, the struggle to stand back up.

If this game can get a good launch on steam, and PGI is able to expand, we could totally see a DLC style single player game coming from them (especially after scrapping their SC clone). I bashed the crap out of PGI, but since ditching IGP they have regained alot of my trust.

Being that your a troll (and a bad one at that) I dont see why im bothering but screw it, ill play ball

It sums to this: You poke the dragon, you get the claws. Nuff said. We were friends with Marik, but Roadbeer and company managed to turn enough of their population against us to get them into attacking us, talked all kinds of smack to us, then once we took a swipe out of them, all the instigators ran off. Lesson to be learned: Play with us, not against us if a reset happens.

Nah, it had been building for a while. They were just more vocally open about disliking the behavior of certain elements within HK and the general attitude within the faction itself.

Also, IRL stuff is currently in the way, as much as that may come as a surprise to HK players. :P

Real life is sometimes like that. Such as how I missed the first two weeks of this because I had midterms, projects, and a lot of other IRL stuff eating my time.

Yes, we drove Roadbeer away and he is not simply a coward who stirred up his faction to fight its former ally and then got up and left.

Guys, I do not know if Roadbeer left or not. That is not even the point.
What I know is you people single someone out, personally, and slam him down in numbers.

And that is called mobbing. Very close to its very definition, in fact.

You might still claim it to be lighthearted faction ribbing. Ha ha ha ha, right?
Well, this thread is seriously brimming with lightheartedness, is it not?

By now I am starting to think this is quite deliberate. So, bring forth your excuses.
We all know you will relativise, obfuscate and sidetrack.
What else could you do, after all?
