Same, trying to redeem my prizes before they disappear but it just returns an error.

Also getting a "Lucky Charms redemptions are now over!" message at approx. 1:06 PM Eastern (10:06 AM PDT) on Tuesday 3/24. But as stated in the terms, "The Lucky Charms will disappear on March 25th at 10 AM PDT (5:00 pm UTC)!" So, clearly the website-redemption mechanism is a little out of whack. Appreciate a fix. (For the record I have 3 Conquest and probably 1 assault game pending)

I was going to get my games in before 10 on the 24th and then go redeem them since the page says I can until tomorrow. Hope it's just a mistake.

Also, do games count when they begin or end? I launched into an Assault game about ~10min. before the deadline, but it ended up one of those "go back to base and wait it out" affairs; 6 mins. of waiting, and the game ended 6 mins. after the deadline. Do I still get credit? I hope so; the terms don't spell out that games have to be COMPLETED by 10 AM PDT.

I'm getting "There was an error! Please try again" message when trying to redeem last good luck charm. Won it about 5 minutes before the deadline.

Correction last couple of charms.

Ditto here, I've sent a ticket to support.

It especially SUX because right above the match selection the page now says this:

Lucky Charms redemptions are now over!

Which is especially maddening as my last match ended at 9:55...so I had to wait for my last match.

On the flip side, if it is yet another four-leaf clover cockpit item, they can keep it. I earned 4 of them this event, and already had 1 from the previous event

Well, I figured that you would pretty much be out of luck say 20 min before the 10am PST deadline since it takes 10-15min for it to get logged into the system....I realized any games played past 9:30 am were really risky in this regard and probably wouldn't net a prize in the end due to this...not sure why so many are surprised.
(and it was also clearly stated that all prizes had to be claimed before the deadline)

I started a thread in the feedback forum. I have the same two tickets that can't be redeemed.

Previous versions of this they gave us two hours after the event ended to clear the tickets. Not really fair since we were waiting for the website to update, and the website went over the time limit.

Edit, see below. We should have a full day to redeem tickets.

Strange...it isn't 25 Mar 10am PDT yet so we should still be able to redeem our gifts. Not sure why the tournament page says the redemptions are over.

In other words, PGI gave us 1 day to claim our gifts.

"The Lucky Charms will disappear on March 25th at 10 AM PDT (5:00 pm UTC)! Redeem your eligible matches on the Challenge page before that time or they will be forfeit!"

Same as above for claiming my last loot bag...really close to the wire! 16:59:21!


And I will wait patiently for PGI to rectify the issue as they always do.
