Was wondering which lasers are benefiting from this ER large, large, and pulse?

You'll have to be more specific. Which quirk (mech) are you talking about?
If you are talking about the generic ones that went in yesterday, that covers every laser size (small/medium/large/erlarge) and type (regular/pulse).

If it specifically says "Laser Duration"
All lasers benefit.
If it specifically says "ER Large Laser Duration"
Then only the ER Large Laser benefits.
Interestingly, if you see "Laser Duration -12.5%" AND "ER Large Laser Duration -12.5%"
Then all lasers get 12.5% shorter beam times. The ER Large Laser gets the generic buff + its own buff for a total of -25% beam time.
All lasers benefit.

just says laser duration so that means they all get the buff even pulses right
