I also got the Wrath pack and was confused as to why it was charging me MC, so i went to the Website Profile Page: Content, picked out all the different faction camos and saved the choice. (Forgot i had to make those selections to get them. Oops)
Relogged into the game client and the camos and colors and such are all Unlocked properly now.

Got colors and horns, not see camo thought
