One blatant question needs answering first before the feedback can be accurate:

Is it your intent to allow "spawn camping" in Community Warfare?

If it is, you have done very well in the new map. There is going to be an extreme meta game. Congratulations.

If it is not your intent, then this map needs a very, VERY quick fix. Run the map yourselves, you must have a means to test your maps? See for yourself the horrid spawn camping potential.
