[Something Wrong]

I got an achievement last game and yet half a second after the little blue window popped up, I was killed and I wasn't able to see what I'd unlocked. Browsing my achievement window, I can't see any achievements that I'd just passed or any new ones close to being unlocked. Is there any way to see when achievements were achieved or what your most recent one was?

Normally, the achievement you receive in a match should also show up when you finish the Drop Match (fight you are in) and tell you what it is you got, like a new title, a few extra XP, etcetera)

Interesting, it didn't seem to show up for me. Oh well, guess I'll never know.

It shows up in the right hand side of your screen, in the player rewards (a different tab from the default screen).

In the achievement tab on the starting screen ingame you get a checkmark right next to each achievement done since the last time you visited the list.

I have been having the same issue, just -- you have successfully redeemed notice.

Me too. checked the achievment list afterwards, no new entries.

That notice might be for the challenge, not achievements.

Transaction history under Credits. told me that I got MC injections.
The most recent being this: "February 1, 2015, 8:14 am CSR Inject MC 40"
Considering that I hadn't played at all through January or February and only saw that come March, and from doing a google search... I've concluded that CSR means "Customer Service Representative."
Which can also include Community Managers.

Check for one of those maybe?
(Event rewarded MC appears to come up as "Store Purchase MC")
If you can't fathom any other possible reason for it... maybe it's on there?

Alternatively look at your achievements list in game.
