Didn't Receive Faction Camo

Hi, just wondering, is faction camo released properly? I bought the resistance pack including grasshopper, panther and enforcer thinking it included faction camo..but obviously not since in game I still have to pay?

So was it only the zeus package that included camo?

Ah many thanks man, I didn't see instructions anywhere, guess I should have tried to read more.
