Just wanted to give a shout out to the Game Masters in Customer Support. You Guys/Gals surprise me everytime I have an issue.

Oh. Yeah, cool man. That's... yeah, that's great that you're being so... reasonable. And happy. And that... people can... do that on a forum? o_O
