Hey just wanted to report this, I went to deck out my ENF-4R with the Rasalhague camo (I'm loving the new faction paint jobs) and I noticed the bright blue part of the PPC lost its texture. This also happens with the Liao and Steiner camos, so it may have something to do with that additional reflective layer they have, although it doesn't affect the Davion one.
