Is there an ECM off or on indicator in the cockpit on the HUD somewhere?

right side

circle with a dot in the middle if you're in ecm bubble. If you're carrying ecm it shows the word "ECM".

Press L to change...or was it K? i forgot...

its on the list with all your weapons. at the bottom. theres not really "on" or "off", just "jam" and "disrupt". disrupt turns off your ecm coverage, but cancels out enemy ecm as well.

and there is the blue circle and dot up near the top right too, its not an on/off state, just shows if your being protected by ecm. if one of your teammates has ecm and you dont, youll get the same blue dot on your screen as long as your near them.

"J" is the toggle ecm mode switch.

When disrupted by enemy ecm, the small radar view (bottom center) has a static effect (and i think a red graph-like bar will appear on the right side.

If ally ecm was countered or he took hits from ppc there will be a cross over the ecm word over his mech. (can't remember if it is reflected on the right side icon)

Press J to change disrupt / counter

Also, down by your weapons it says ECM and it will either say disrupt or counter. Disrupt means that you and your close buddies are under your ECM bubble. Counter means that you are cancelling one enemy ECM.
