So, there's AMS quirks and other interesting quirks on the table.
What about Jump Jet quirks and modules?
I'd like to see 25% expanded fuel capacity as a module, or a 25% improved fuel regeneration speed, even. Perhaps 15% increased thrust?
They don't have to be as powerful as that for the modules, but having the extra 'whoosh' would really make mechs like the Spider 5V stand out in the vertical scouting game. Some of the jump-jet focused mechs like the Quickdraw would really benefit from the added mobility.

I have to agree with Vaskadar, the Quickdraw could use a benefit such as this.

I like the idea of a greater variety of quirks, helps to further diversify mechs.

Well, at least there's two people that agree

Yes! I like the JJ quirk suggestion.

Jump Jets need a boost overall not quirks to put a band-aid on the issue.

Yeah a lot of people agree you should have made this a poll.
I definitely think that modules and qerks for jump jets would be a good thing. I dont think that jump jets need a complete overhaul like some people (frankly I think those guys just throw one jump jet on a mech and wonder why they cant get any air). If you put the tonnage towards jump jets you can get a lot of umph out of them. That being said i would love to see mechs that have jumps jets as their thing, like the quickdraw or highlander, to get qerks towards them to make their jump jetting more pronounced, and modules would be a good idea too so that mechs that dont get qerks for jj can still improve them by using module slots ex one module for 20% increase in fuel and another for 15% increase in thrust.
These might cause the return of poptarters but they would have to sacrifice 2 module slots to be effective at it, as long as the improvements are small they shouldn't bring the things back to their former power.

I threw all this out a couple weeks ago. For some reason, it didn't take off like I thought it would.
Frankly, I'd love to see JJ quirks and modules!
