Hello guys!

Is recruitment open for new candidates? I'd like to join an active company with low drama.

I'm new. I have a Commando with an ER large laser and LRM5 rack and full armor and a 155 engine. Elite skillz unlocked almost all of them.

And a Hunchback with AC10 and 3Mplslaser, full armor. Need a few upgrades.

I'm in GMT plus 1 timezone, Hungary.

It was fun to hear you and to have a few games with some of you. Actually I'm still laughing when it comes to my mind when Gorgo7 assaulted in his ZEUS that KingCrab... I was running at that crab too on the shore trying to assist him from the back of that crab. When I got there Gorgo was in pieces... XD

Gorgo was so confident running into the face of that crab...

Sorry Gorgo! It was just funny...

OH and I will be on holidays starting from the second half of september. I'm sure I can manage my time in a way that we can "see" each other more often while I'm off from work.

Might be more fun as I'm switching to my rusty old Hunchy... I love that piece of junk.

One last question: If I love the Hunchback, which Heavy would you recommend to me as my first heavy? I'm just collecting advises for now. We will see. I love iconic chassis mechs. Only from IS ofc.

IMHO:
really depends on your play style. ie do you like to brawl or snipe or lrm support etc.?
Also they are coming out with the requirkening at the end of September so I might save the money
until they reveal what is what with regards to the re-balance.

currently I might have to go with the dragon 1n as my fav heavy of the moment,
however they will most likely nurf it so I wouldnt get it until you see what pgi will do.
in the end go with a mech that turns you on to play. that way you will master whatever it is.

I'm just curious what you think. I do not have that deep insight to the game so far.

But yes. No matter what, I'll love playing with the one that turns me on. Just like the Commando for example. I love it so far.

Actually I like the Dragon Chassis. It is one I might take. Cataphract Is another one I'm thinking of... I really love the outlook of that Chassis. It turns me on.

Welcome to the 4th Tau Ceti Rangers!

The following is a true story. The names of individuals involved have not be changed.

The battle took place on the frozen peaks of Quemoy. Thousands of destroyed Davion mechs, mangled beyond recognition, littered the battlefield and their pilots burnt to cinders in the holy and cleansing fire of Liao lasers. A thin layer of acrid smoke.

In the center of the carnage stood the 4TCR company. Untouched by the worthless and ineffective Davion weaponry. A fool would call this miraculous, but calling it a miracle would imply that the scene was uncommon. In reality, this is how every battle for 4TCR plays out.

A final company of Davion mechs appears and point their guns at the 4TCR. The 4TCR unit does not move. Instead, Orkdung climbs out of his mech and walks across the field towards the Davion unit. The faintest hint of ancient chants and verse could be heard being played out on the wind.

The Davion pilots begin to weep. The confident stride of Orkdung fills their minds with Truth. They begin to set their mechs to self-destruct. Orkdung whispers, "You do not need to find peace yet." Both sides know in their hearts that the Davions must. It is the only way towards honor for the Davion pilots.
