Of course, loyalty to the Chancellor is it's own reward, but Her Celestial Wisdom does like to spread the wealth around if you're doing a good job. With the changes to the reward system, GXP, Mechbays, and even MC are potential rewards to gain with your loyalty points. To whit:

I suppose the first thing to do is to come up with a proper list. Does anyone know enough of the canon and Chinese/Russian/Scottish military to come up with a proper list of names? If not, any partial list would work as well as we can use them to integrate in a whole to present to pgi

There are handbooks for each faction listing each and every rank.

All PGI has to do is to take these books, have a close look at them and the assign them to the right factions. That should take one man hour tops. Coffee break included.

i still feel these rewards are weak and not great. I want unique stuff for each faction. When they add in the titles, give the titles added bonuses. If I have a title on than make it where by wearing that title i gain some special stat or ability that comes with that title. I don't care to unlock a title that does absolutely nothing. Give me special mechs and patterns, weapon packs and added things like extra ammo along with the C-bills, GXP and so on.

The Rank 15 medallion is a BRONZE Liao Medallion, same as what the Pheonix package people got. It boost your Loyalty point rewards.

I think I'm rank 7 or so. After a lot of drops early on, I kind of dropped off of CW: takes longer to get a match, the matches themselves last a lot longer, and all Clan/all prebuilt vs PUG is really not a fun experience.
